  26. In the USA and Canada, you can call 1-800-2-MAXTOR to get information on
  27. any of their products.  They can fax you back white papers, or you can
  28. navigate their voice-mail tech support. ;-)  It's actually not as bad as it
  29. sounds, give it a try.
